A cider made with autochthonous apples harvested when they are perfectly ripe and balanced. It is made from natural cider produced using traditional methods and classic Asturian apple varieties such as Teórica, Raxao, Perico, or Regona. Once the natural cider has been produced, it is carbonated to create a dry sparkling cider with a short, intense fizz and refined elegance in the mouth.
