Gin aged in Spanish white oak sherry barrels for a period of 42 months (3 years) and of intense caramel amber color, with a soft and sweet wood aroma.

On the palate it is a gin with a juniper character and very intense memories of sherry and wood.

This is a unique product, with only four 225-liter barrels produced annually, resulting in a total of 1200 numbered bottles. The first vintage was 2014, bottled in 2017.

The product comes in a custom-made case with a description and tasting notes.
