The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in pallets. Once at the winery, they are mechanically selected. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation, malolactic fermentation, takes place in concrete tanks, and the wine is subsequently aged in American and French oak barrels for a period of 10 months. It is then bottled for release to the market.

On the palate, it is youthful and fresh thanks to its balance of acidity and body, with present and integrated tannins and light oak notes. Pleasant on the palate and with its own personality.
