Quitapenas Dorado is a liqueur wine made with grapes from the Axarquía region of Malaga. Late manual harvesting to obtain grapes with a high degree of reduced sugars and subsequent sun exposure for 10-15 days.
Subsequently, we proceed to a careful selection of grapes and their subsequent destemming to obtain high-quality musts.
